    The keynote speaker Roberta Francis, the former director of the Office of Women for the State of New Jersey under Governor James Florio, and an activist working to add a sex non-discrimination amendment to the U.S. Constitution, will speak at 2:00 p.m. The event also includes a series of workshops.
