Christine Carter-Davis is the epitome of succeeding against all odds. Orphaned at age seven after losing both parents to substance abuse and AIDS, Carter-Davis knows firsthand the challenges many young people face. Abused, neglected, homeless and destined to fail, her story is one of many, but in the face of adversity, she charted her own path.
