We’re excited to welcome you to our community! Starting a new role is an important milestone, and we’re here to support you from day one and beyond.

NEW HIRE ORIENTATION - DAY ONE

All new employees participate in New Hire Orientation on their first day. Orientation is designed to help you feel informed, connected, and confident as you begin your role. You’ll learn about the University’s mission, workplace policies, benefits, and the resources available to support your success.

CAMPUS TOUR OPPORTUNITY

New hires will also have the opportunity to take part in a campus tour, providing a chance to become familiar with our facilities, services, and campus environment while connecting with colleagues.

EMPLOYEE ORIENTATION WORKSHOPS

The University offers a series of hands-on Employee Orientation Workshops throughout the year. While these sessions are designed with new employees in mind, they are also a great refresher for seasoned employees.

These workshops:

  • Provide an overview of University resources, policies, and procedures
  • Highlight how different offices and services support employees
  • Reinforce how each role contributes to employee success and, ultimately, to student success

We encourage all employees to take advantage of these workshops as part of their continued learning and engagement at the University.
