The Gloria S. Williams Advisement Center is dedicated to providing exceptional support to our students through a variety of accessible services. During the semester, our office is open Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.

If you have general questions or need assistance, you can connect with an adviser or staff member:

In-Person: Visit our office during business hours.

Monday: 10am-12pm & 2pm-4pm

Tuesday: 10am-12pm & 2pm-4pm

Wednesday: 2pm-4pm

Thursday: 10am-12pm

Fridays: 10am-12pm

Via Navigate: Schedule an appointment through Navigate to meet with your assigned advisor for personalized guidance at a time that works best for you. For instructions, click here.

To set up an appointment via Navigate, please follow these step to connect to your adviser:

• Log into WP Connect account
• Under the WPUNJ Apps you must click on Navigate
• In the box for "Your Success Team" click on your adviser
• You will then see the options
• Please select Major Advising and then click CONTINUE
• At this point, you will be able to select the day and time of your Academic Advising appointment.
• Please download Microsoft Teams(chat online)
• Billing or financial aid inquiries, dial extension x 3945
