Complete a Pesce Family Mentoring Institute application. Have a GPA of 2.25 or higher. Be a sophomore, junior, or senior (with at least one academic year remaining) at William Paterson University. Have a declared academic major or some idea of career goals. Willingness to commit to the program for a minimum of one academic year (two semesters). Willingness to commit to one meeting per month with your mentor. This can be in-person, virtually, email or phone. Willingness to commit to attend at least one mentor/mentee program each semester. Must attend one mentee orientation. Must be willing to update program coordinator on progress and communication with mentor.
