SENIOR PORTRAITS

Please Note: Session registration opens a few weeks prior to the scheduled dates

Schedule your appointment at www.ouryear.com, entering school code 237 or by calling 1-800-OUR-YEAR™ (687-9327), during normal business hours.  When you schedule your appointment, you will receive complete information on how to prepare for your portrait sitting.  Don’t forget that you can use these portraits for your professional networking and job search sites. 

 

SENIOR SEND-OFF
Please join your classmates from the Class of 2024 on Friday, May 17, 2024, from 6:30  to 10:00 p.m. in the University Commons Ballrooms. The evening will include a buffet, music, a photo booth, and dancing, as well as congratulatory remarks from President Richard J. Helldobler, a welcome to the  Alumni Association, the announcement of the Outstanding Senior Award recipient, and recognition of the Outstanding Senior Award nominees. The event is sponsored by the Division of Student Development and the Office of Alumni Relations.

This event is for all bachelor’s degree candidates. Each graduate is admitted free of charge. Graduates may bring one guest. Guest tickets are $35 per person. Registration is required for all attendees. To RSVP, click here.

CEREMONY PHOTOGRAPHER
Grad Images is the official Commencement ceremony photographer. Enjoy a free 5 x 7 if you register with Grad Images prior to the ceremony. Visit their website at www.gradimages.com to sign up under the Pre-Event Registration tab and review the FAQs on line. Your proofs will be online at their website within 5 to 7 days following the ceremony. You may place orders or obtain answers to your questions at www.gradimages.com or 1.800.424.3686.

 

FINANCIAL OBLIGATIONS
All financial obligations to the University must be cleared before you can receive your diploma. Items borrowed from William Paterson’s David and Lorraine Cheng Library must be returned or accounted for and any outstanding obligations, such as parking tickets, must be cleared. Holds will appear as a notification on WPconnect and payments can be made through the Billing and Payment section.
