INFORMATION FOR
The Masters of Science degree in Nursing (MSN) prepares students to function as advanced practice nurses (adult or family nurse practitioners), educators or administrators. Through coursework and clinical practice, the individual develops expertise in advanced health nursing care, leadership and research skills. The Master's Degree in Nursing is accredited by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE) 655 K Street NW, Suite 750, Washington, DC 20001, Telephone (202) 887-6791, until June 30, 2030.
Master's Program accreditation to June 30, 2030.
Post masters AGNP and FNP certification programs accredited to June 30, 2030.
Doctor of Nursing Practice accredited to June 30, 2030.
In addition to the University’s admission requirements:
Students must complete 35 credits of study for the education and 31 credits administration tracks and 39 credits for adult/gerontology nurse practitioner and 47 credits for the family nurse practitioner program.
