Fall Move In is scheduled for Sunday, August 24, 2025 and Monday, August 25, 2025. New and Continuing students can sign up to move in on either date. Signups will be available in August through the housing portal.

All students will need to sign up for a date and time to move in for the fall semester. The sign up procedure will be sent via email in early August with roommate and housing assignment information.
The residence halls will close for Thanksgiving Break on Tuesday, November 25, 2025 at 6:00pm.
The residence halls will re-open after Thanksgiving Break on Sunday, November 30, 2025 at 12:00pm.
*All students, unless they are in an approved 9-month housing contract are required to leave campus for Thanksgiving Break.
The residence halls will close for the Fall semester on Saturday, December 13, 2025 at 12:00pm.
*All students, unless they are in an approved 9-month housing contract are required to leave campus for Winter Break.
Spring Move In is scheduled for Tuesday, January 20, 2026 and Wednesday, January 27, 2026. New and Continuing students can sign up to move in on either date.
All students will need to sign up for a date and time to move in for the spring semester. The sign up procedure will be sent via email in early January with more details.
The residence halls will close for Spring Break on Saturday, March 14, 2026 at 12:00pm.
The residence halls will re-open after Spring Break on Sunday, March 22, 2026 at 12:00pm.
*All students, unless they are in an approved 9-month housing contract are required to leave campus for Spring Break.
The residence halls will close for the Spring semester on Wednesday, May 13, 2026 at 4:00pm.
*All students, unless they are in-contract for summer housing and approved for extended stay will be required to fully check-out by the above date and time.

Frequently Asked Questions
When will students be notified of their housing assignment?
Student housing assignment information is available in the Residence Life Housing Portal. Please continue to check your portal for updates. Assignments for new students and continuing students who did not choose a space during room selection will be completed in early August.
Housing is still available for students for the fall semester. Students who are interested in housing, but have not yet submitted a housing application and housing deposit are encouraged to do so as soon as possible. Please click on here to apply.
